In recent years, with the national investing heavily in infrastructure, the bridge construction engineering has been developed rapidly. The construction technical difficulty of bridges is rising, which gradually tends to the development direction of long-span and high technology. The design of the long-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges is based on the times development demand. The hanging basket cantilever pouring construction is commonly used for the long-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges, which has the higher construction technical requirements and safety coefficients. The quality of the construction engineering is affected by all the construction processes.This thesis is mainly based on the cantilever hanging basket construction as its research object, relying on the project of the Qing Yi Jiang bridge of the NingAn railway line as the project background. The cantilever pouring construction of large span continuous beam is the method of common and mature, and which plays an important role in the hanging basket cantilever pouring construction. At present, with the development of engineering construction, it has many kinds of the hanging basket. So the study of hanging basket stress performance will has certain significance for the future development of the hanging basket cantilever pouring construction.The main research contents of this thesis is the study of the triangles combined beam hanging basket force performance. The triangle combined beam hanging basket is widely used, and the construction technology is mature, which can meets the requirements of the modern bridge construction. The force performance of the hanging basket composite beam has a very important reference value for the cantilever pouring construction safety.First of all, the information including the types of the present hanging basket, as well as the application present situation and the future development direction are collected and summarized.Secondly, the present situation and the trend of the future development of the cantilever pouring construction in our country are introduced. The methods of the large span continuous beam cantilever construction are studied.The effect of high strength concrete mix ratio, shrinkage and creep and other factors on the quality of cantilever construction is studied. Then, the finite element analysis theoretical basis of the hanging basket is introduced. For the cantilever triangle hanging basket, the structural analysis of the mathematical model according to the force characteristics and node structure by its form, the space bar element model and the spatial beam element model are mainly studied. Because the each structural member of the triangle composite beam hanging basket come under bending moment and axial force in a certain degree, so the triangle hanging basket is mainly simulated by beam element analysis.Then, the main stress performance of the triangle hanging basket cantilever construction is studied by the finite element analysis. The triangle hanging basket beam of the stress conditions and safety and reliability and stability are analyzed by the finite element software at the time of cantilever pouring concrete.The finite element method can be applicable to the various conditions of the hanging cantilever construction.Through the finite element analysis software simulation, combined with the construction of the Qing Yi jiang bridge, the stress condition of the each beam in the the triangle hanging basket about the cantilever pouring construction are obtained. Some foundations are provided for the similar triangle hanging basket about the cantilever pouring construction.Finally, some advice and general conclusion are proposed for the future constructions of the large span continuous beam cantilever casting about the issues and the trend of development.
