Research Of Two Phase AC Motor Variable-Frequency Control

Single-phase asynchronous motors because of its simple structure, low cost, convenient application, etc., is widely applied in home appliances, electric tools, medical equipment, power tools, electric roller shutter, electric carpenter’s plane, the cooling water pump. But the shortcomings are as follows:single phase motor efficiency is low, generally around70%, Low energy density, poor material utilization and Can not meet the high accuracy drive demand. In this paper, the traditional operation of the single-phase motor winding, starting to symmetrical two windings and participate in running at the same time as two phase ac motor, the motor’s torque will improved efficiency, energy density, high performance will improve. This paper mainly studies two symmetrically phase winding power supply frequency control, can satisfy the requirement of high performance speed control.In this paper, the mathematical model of the two-phase AC motor is introduced, followed by the derivation of the mathematical model of two-phase AC motor in different coordinate systems; The implementation of the two-phase AC motor SVPWM is analysed. The control strategy of the two phase ac motor is studied. The two phase ac motor control system is simulated, which on the basis of the rotor-field-oriented vector control. The feasibility of the control strategy is studied.The hardware circuit of the two-phase AC motor variable frequency speed control system is designed, including the main circuit of the power, control and detection of protection circuits. Master chip using DSP TMS320LF2407A of TI and the power of the main circuit power device is IPM. The system software is designed by assembly language and experimental the control system of design. Actually, the results prove that the design proposal is correctness.
