In recent years,the automobile manufacturing industry has developed rapidly.As an important part of the traditional automobile,the assembly manufacturing technology of the automobile gearbox has been paid more and more attention by the industry.From the perspective of the development of mechanical manufacturing industry,from the traditional manual manufacturing to automation,flexible automation and integrated intelligent manufacturing.With the help of modern advanced process equipment and methods,traditional manufacturing technology has developed into an automatic,flexible and modular assembly manufacturing system by integrating traditional assembly manufacturing technology,new process equipment,computer technology and science.In order to adapt to rapid multi-variety switching,improve productivity,reduce labor intensity and reduce production costs,reasonable production lines layout becomes the premise of advanced automatic and flexible assembly manufacturing system.Based on the development of the company's overall strategic requirements,this paper studies the basic production requirements and requirements of transmission production,and completes the production lines planning and design of transmission assembly by SLP and assembly balance analysis theory.The main contents are as follows:1)Describe the two major theoretical methods used in the production planning and design of gearbox assembly,system layout design(SLP)and assembly lines balance.2)Taking the company's environmental protection relocation as an opportunity,the current situation of gearbox was investigated and analyzed,the basic data were collected,and applied the classical SLP theory of system layout design to analyze the logistics and non-logistics relationship of the operational unit.Taking full account of the manufacturing process characteristics of gearbox and the future strategic planning of the enterprise,this paper analyzes the comprehensive correlative location relationship between the operation units by assigning weights,and draws the comprehensive location correlation diagram of the operation units.The layout of the assembly lines is determined.3)according to the logistics intensity and location relationship among different units,flexible logistics conveyance facilities are determined.4)On the basis of SLP analysis,by analyzing the assembly process assembly content,reasonably allocating assembly sequence,and balancing the assembly rhythm and content,the workstation planning content of each operation unit is determined.Finally,the overall planning plan of the gearbox assembly lines will be completed.
