With the continuous development of science and technology,automated production lines have become the preferred method of current product manufacturing.However,because of their own special characteristics,wheeled vehicles require production lines that produce wheeled vehicles to have fast response capabilities,which can complete production tasks within a short period of time,an efficient automated production line is inseparable from scientific planning and design.The research goal of this article is to plan and design a automatic assembly production line for a certain type of wheeled vehicle body in China,to improve the production efficiency,assembly accuracy,and factory qualification rate of wheeled vehicle body assembly,reduce the production cost of the enterprise,and increase the company's Economic benefits to meet the production capacity needs of wheeled vehicle bodies in China.The research on the planning and design of wheeled vehicle body assembly production line in this paper is mainly carried out from the following aspects.1)Assembly line planning and layout based on system layout design method(SLP): The SLP method is used to systematically plan and layout the wheeled vehicle body assembly production line.First,the wheeled vehicle body assembly production line is collected,analyzed,and summarized for the assembly process,planned annual output,production cycle,and related auxiliary facilities.Second,draw the logistics and non-logistics correlation diagrams between related functional areas,and get the comprehensive relationship diagram of related functional areas by weighting.Finally,according to the comprehensive relationship diagram between the functional areas,two sets of layout schemes are drawn,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are analyzed and summarized,and the most reasonable layout scheme is finally determined under the current conditions.2)Layout optimization based on genetic algorithm: System layout design(SLP)is subject to more human interference during implementation.In order to solve this problem,this paper combines the relevant theories of genetic algorithms with the layout schemes obtained by the SLP method to maximize the comprehensive correlation of functional areas and the minimum logistics transportation cost is the research object.A mathematical model of the wheeled vehicle body assembly production line is established,and the relevant theories of genetic algorithms are used to solve the problem.The result of the solution is converted into a new optimized layout plan.Finally,the necessity of optimization is analyzed from both qualitative and quantitative aspects.3)Structural design of the assembly line: The rectangular assembly line is composed of two sets of longitudinal guide rails and two sets of transverse guide rails,accompanying tools,fixed tools laying on the ground and mobile platforms,The accompanying tooling is located on the mobile platform.When working,the mobile platform carries the vehicle body and the accompanying tooling on a rectangular track,and at the same time,the positioning,assembly and welding of the vehicle body are completed with the cooperation of fixed tooling and other devices,which realizes division of labor and rhythmic production.4)Control system design of assembly line: Firstly,the control needs of the assembly line were analyzed,and the related design was carried out for the overall control scheme.The PLC and the industrial control computer were taken as the core to complete the control and real-time monitoring of the components of the line body,and the assembly line was automatically controlled.The way of trial operation observed and recorded the production cycle and operation process,which confirmed the scientificity and feasibility of the designed assembly line.This thesis completes the planning layout and optimization of the assembly line for wheeled vehicle body assembly through certain methods and theories.At the same time,it designs related structures and control systems for the main components of the assembly line.It realizes the production line of wheeled vehicle body assembly production,it improves the assembly accuracy and production efficiency of the vehicle body,it improves the economic benefits of the enterprise.
