| As an important management tool for modern business, marine equipment maintenance and management has far-reaching significance in the aspect of ensuring ship’s technical condition and improving vessel’s operating efficiency. When marine equipment failed, what maintenance management personnel care about is in order to get back to its specified performance and condition, which maintenance scheme should be taken. This paper makes an effort to solve this problem with providing a decision support for selecting the ship maintenance program.Firstly, this paper introduces the theory of ship repair, summarizes several common mode of ship repair, describes the modular marine equipment thinking and the ship equipment maintenance level partitioning scheme, and summarizes the common workflow of general maintenance level analysis activities. And this paper introduces the basic theory of evaluation methods and highlights several evaluation methods like Evidential Reasoning Approach, Analytic Hierarchy Process, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, Data Envelopment Analysis, and so on, and summarizes their advantages, disadvantages and field of application, and demonstrates that Evidential Reasoning Approach is superior for solving multi-criteria fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Then combined with the actual implementation of ship repair, this paper establishes the index system for evaluating ship repair level and a new integral model of ship maintenance grade analysis and assessment with Evidential Reasoning Approach as core algorithm. Based on these achievements, this paper completes the development of the information system of ship maintenance grade analysis and assessment and tests it with an example.Empirical study shows that the proposed approach above-mentioned is rational and the system developed is practical and reliable. This paper will have practical meaning to the promotion of research on equipment maintenance management and the improvement of the level of information of the equipment maintenance management work. |
