The Research Of Ship Power Station Real-time Simulation System Based On RTW

Ship power station realtime simulation system has the advantage of teaching high efficiency and low cost for training crew operation. Being the key part of ship power realtime training system, on the basic of having fundamental manipulation function of electric uaining system, Ship power station realtime simulation system is also strict about realtime performance.Although it can simulate the dynamic behavior of ship power station well with the simulation system built by Matlab graphical modeling simulation tool, it’s not able to ensure the realtime performance of the system. In order to solve this problem, the realtime simulation technology based on RTW is studied in this article, in Windows expanded by RTX realtime system, the ship power station realtime simulation system is designed and implemented, and communicates with database of training system successfully. Main work is done as follows:1. Aiming at function of the ship power station realtime simulation system.the building process of ship power diesel generator model is studied in stand-alone system, and for the function of ship power station starting、adjusting load as well as tripping, the good dynamic features are simulated in Matlab/Simulink.2. The ship power model is converted into C++code by using RTW realtime simulation technology and the model code is analysed and edited, the code needing realtime treatment is also separated for adding the realtime control mechanism.3. In view of the system realtime demand, Windows multimedia timer and high precision realtime control program in RTX environment are designed and realized, and the realtime performance of Windows timer and RTX timer is analysed and compared, then the advantage of Windows expanded by RTX realtime performance is verified.4. The ship power realtime simulation system based on RTW is designed and implemented in the enviroment of Windows system expanded by RTX, adding the human-computer interaction interface, and the effective data exchange between Win32process and RTX process is realized by using the Shared memory and synchronous event.It is showed by tests that ship power station simulation model converted by RTW has correctness and reliable realtime performance.
