In marine electrical propulsion system, ship power station take the responsible for the whole ship’s electrical energy, and the operation of the ship power station is also related to the security of the entire ship, so it is very strict of its training requirements. However, it is too dangerous to have the training in a real ship, therefore, a simulation training platform will be the best choice. In a complete simulation training platform, there should be a trainer, which take the responsible for both system management and training assessment.This paper presents a complete trainer for simulation training platform of ship power plant, including the basic functions of management for the platform, such as teachers’login and logout, configuration of training program, training control, trainees operation monitoring, assessment and operation data analysis. Also there is a comprehensive evaluation system in this platform. Above the traditional assessment, there is a new evaluation algorithm of Combination Weighting Evaluation Algorithm is introduced in this paper, base on this objective and accurate method, students can have an efficient training and improve his ability.To make the automation evaluation process, we need to build up operational assessment model, Build an operation evaluate system constructed by the ship power station knowledge database, the inference engine and trainees operation dynamic database, Trainees operation dynamic database and knowledge database’s storage structure is designed to match with each other, so that it will be easy for inference engine in program to analysis the trainee’s operation by the database of expert knowledge.After the realization of automatic assessment, we need to calculate step weighting in training operation. Base on the traditional AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this training platform introduced combination weighting evaluation algorithm to evaluate the operation of the ship power station.
