In automotive industry,the fuel cell electric vehicle(FCEV)is the basic way to solve energy and environmental pollution.In this paper,FCEV is for the research of the PEMFC engine control system is deeply launched,which take the high performance Freesale 16 bits embedded microprocessors as the core,adopting CANBUS communication,establishing reasonable control strategy.A new kind of Fuel Cell engine control system will be developed.The main research contents are presented as follows:First,according to the performance which Fuel Cell engine must reach,the overall structure of the Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle is studied as well as the sensor system.Engine hardware system of control system with the embedded microprocess or MC9S12DG128 B as the core is realized.Hardware platform and interface module have been set up.At the same time,the Fuel Cell engine control system is of a certain anti-interfere capability.Secondly,on the basis of vehicle energy control,the working conditions of Fuel Cells is analysed,Software Process are designed for the status of various work of the Fuel Cell engine and function modules.In the software program,a digital filter technology is taken to enhance the reliability of the system.CANoe used to Fuel Cell engine and vehicle controller communications simulation,through which,design of CANBUS communication is verified to meet requirements of the actual performance.Finally,control strategy research of Fuel Cell engine is completed.because the cooling water circulation system of the fuel cell engine is difficult to control and key to system,Respectively PID control and Fuzzy-PID control areapplied to control of the cooling watertemperature.Experimental simulation having been done,it is vertified that the cooling water circulation control system design,control algorithms and the accuracy of control strategy are accurate.That is a reference for research on Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle engine control system.
