In the21st century, the grid will enter the developing stage of " smart grid ", The strong characteristics of smart grid is that have an electric energy acquisition system and interactive communication ability among power department, user and equipment, in order to ensure the information real-time acquisition, control, process and transmission. Electric energy acquisition system is an important part of smart grid and is the foundation of power information can be realized "full collection, full coverage, full prepayment ". In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of internet of things application, according to the administrative department of electric power and users demand, using embedded technology, wireless communication technology, RFID technology, given the terminal platform overall solution, from the architecture of internet of things to electric energy acquisition terminal platform design and software system realize, this paper studied the key technologies of the construct system, complete the following work:(1) This paper analysis the architecture of internet of things, introduces the related knowledge of internet of things and analysis the function requirements of system, put forward the overall scheme of system based on internet of things architecture and analysis uplink communication protocol frame.(2) Gives the hardware design scheme of the terminal platform, including establish the embedded system hardware platform as the core of ARM9.the hardware design of sampling chip based on ATT7022and the embedded security module measurement (ESAM module) circuit design. Terminal hardware platform using modular method, the main control module and the peripheral interface module design of relatively independent so that easy to extend the hardware module. Design the part of core circuit of the terminal, introduced the chip structure and the working principle of ATT7022, analysis of the sampling, processing and the circuit design of measurement unit.(3) Studied the wireless communication technology based on GPRS, construct the remote data communication subsystem based on GPRS Technology, complete the design of GPRS terminal module interface circuit and communication program. Composition and working principle of RFID system is described, the hardware design of RFID module is given and read and write procedures is also developed. Design the RS485local communication module and the LCD display circuit.(4) Finally, through tools such so master station system, communication pre positive machine, serial port monitoring software, electric energy meter, GPRS test software and so on for performance test, function test and stability test of the system platform.Through the experimental study, the electric energy acquisition terminal which is data acquisition accurate, reliable data transmission, real-time and convenient management, measurement and management functions to achieve the desired goal. In order to realize the problem of the interaction is too few between the user and Power Grid Corp, which has general reference value and practical significance to building electric energy acquisition system based on internet of things.
