Electric power equipment is the basis to ensure the stable and reliable work of the electric power system.This topic designs a power inspection terminal based on Internet of things technology,which can realize intelligent inspection of power equipment,reduce the workload of inspection,and effectively improve the quality of inspection.The terminal device USES radio frequency identification technology to read and write UHF RFID electronic tags.ARM controller +GPS+4G+RFID is adopted in the design.This inspection terminal not only realizes the automatic inspection of the power equipment,but also completes the coordinate positioning of the inspected equipment,effectively improves the GIS information of the power system,and is of great significance to realize the standardized management of smart grid equipment.The paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic selection.It analyzes the research status of related fields at home and abroad and the main problems existing in power inspection.On this basis,the key technologies of the design of power inspection terminal based on Internet of Things are analyzed.It studies the related theories of the Internet of Things and discusses wireless network communication technologies,cloud computing,data mining technologies and radio frequency identification technologies in the Internet of Things.It analyzes the basic business content of the power inspection and the working principle of the inspection system.Secondly,it analyzes the overall design of the power inspection terminal based on the Internet of Things technology.Based on the specific requirements and functional requirements of the design,the different schemes for power inspection terminal design are compared and analyzed.It proposes intelligent mobile terminal + barcode,intelligent mobile terminal + GPS and intelligent mobile terminal + GPS + 4G + RFID.Different programs analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different programs.It determines the choice of ARM controller + dedicated RF control chip solution and analyzes the overall structure and core components of the solution.The paper focuses on the detailed design of the power inspection terminal and analyzes the overall structure of the terminal solution.It discusses in detail the schematic design of the ARM controller and its peripheral interface circuit,the circuit design of the communication module and the circuit design of the RFID radio unit.It designs 4G wireless communication circuit,Wi-Fi circuit design,GPS module circuit,AS3992 basic circuit,power amplifier part circuit and transmission power dynamic control circuit.Finally,the software design and system test of the power inspection terminal are completed.It designs the overall structure of the power inspection terminal software and divides the overall software structure of the system into three basic modules: communication management,radio frequency identification and system management.It analyzes the process design of the RFID tag reading subroutine.Based on the test of the basic functions of the circuit,the tag reading is tested.Through testing,the system can complete the reading of radio frequency tags,and the performance meets the requirements of use.
