| With the rapid development of science and technology and the progress of society, people are increasingly high requirements for lighting system. In addition to providing basic light, reliability, diversity and applicability are more and more considered. In addition, due to the severe energy situation, the "12th Five-Year Plan" of the national energy saving provides that, implementing "The Phasing out Incandescent Roadmap" gradually, phasing out the incandescent of general lighting and other inefficient lighting products, developing semiconductor-lighting energy conservation actively, and supporting the application of general lighting products of mature semiconductor in hotels, commercial buildings, roads, tunnels, airports and other areas. Therefore, the study of intelligent lighting technology, advancing lighting protocol standardization, combining the intelligent lighting technology and the green light, meet market requirements actively, and is one of the most important and meaningful action supporting China to be economical society.In this article, we choose the intelligent lighting system based on DALI and LED light souse as the research, dissert the DALI communication protocol, summarize the drive and dimming approach of LED, reach a number of key technology, design each part of the system, provide new exploration ideas and methods for the development of the lighting industry. Specific designs are as follows.A RS232/DALI gateway using PIC SCM is designed. The gateway, which converse the signal and electrical level between the serial protocol and DALI protocol, is the converter between DALI master and slaver. After the mainstream drive and dimming approach of LED are summarized and compared, we choose the LM3407to design the LED drive circuit and PWM dimming to LED dimming circuit with DALI interface. The main function of this circuit is receiving DALI commands, parsing commands, and acting as the commands, such as dimming LED, setting system parameters and replying system state. Finally, I apply the DALI system consisted of RS232/DALI gateway, electronic ballast based on LED and control software based on Android system, designed by partner, to a family environment. The intelligent lighting system is built after the debugging of the part and total system. The experimental data provide the system reasonable which achieves the expected operations and goal, and the outputs waveform meets the requirements. At the same time, the system works well even if we exchange the gateway or electronic ballast manufactured by DALI AG members. As a word, the system meets the DALI protocol fully. Then an example of family intelligent lighting control system based on this system is designed. And some improvements and the development direction for the system in the future are proposed. |
