The Contactless Power Transmission(CPT) system technology has many advantages as green、convenient、high reliability and wide application, and become an hot research area in power transmission field. Based on the electromagnetic induction coupling energy transmission system as the research point, deeply discussed the compensation structure seletion, parameters design, the effects of loads, load identification, the loosely coupled transformer structural design and so on in this paper, and completed the hardware and software design of the system and debug it.This paper analyzed and established the equivalent circuit model of the loosely coupled transformer, discussed the measurement method of the loosely coupled transformer inductive coupling coefficient. Based on the equivalent circuit model of the loosely coupled transformer, analyzed four kinds of topological structure of the system and the principle of compensation theory, Discussed the influence on the system transmission efficiency and frequency stability caused by the change of load, base on the mathematical model of voltage compensation structure system, deduced the calculation method of the mapping of resistance under the resonant state, and selection of the compensation structure under the restriction of the transmission efficiency of the system.This paper introduced a load identification technology based on energy model,to established the energy equations of the system, combined with the theory of equivalent load calculation, the real and imaginary part of the reflex impedance formulas is given out, and further obtain the parameters of the actual load, simulation experiment is carried out based on a typical CPT system topology, the three cases load of resistance, inductance and capacitance resistance were verified and analysed, to verify the feasibility of recognition theory.This paper has completed the design and debugging of hardware and software of the system. Selected the high frequency inverter circuit power switch tube of the system, designed of the driving and control circuit, for the loosely coupled transformer has selected, the resonant compensation circuit is designed; the software flowchart and the experimental results of control system is given.
