With the rapid economic development of city and the accelerating process of urbanization, the urban scale has expanded so much. As the urban resources deficiency, People fully understand the importance of full use of space resources for urban development, Especially the development of the central city. In the city’s prime locations, Shopping malls, Office buildings have been built, He space on the ground has been saturated. Therefore, It has become a trend that exploit and utilize the underground space, And it has been accepted by people. But construction in the busiest section of the city, Due to the construction site, traffic pressure, urban pipeline and surrounding buildings and other factors has seriously hampered the development and utilize of underground space. Traditional excavation and construction methods can not meet the construction requirements. In order to find a better solution to this construction problems, Our engineering and technical staff refer to the foreign advanced experience in construction and the reverse construction technology. Compared with the traditional construction method of deep foundation pit, The inverse approach has many advantages of protecting environment, saving social resources and shortening the construction period. It has overcome many shortages of the conventional temporary support. This method apply to urban building density, adjacent buildings and the surrounding environment sensitive to subsidence deformation, Narrow construction site, Tight construction period, Soft soil foundation complex, Underground pipelines and other projects. It is a workable economic means to the sustainable development of urban underground space development and the construction of a conservation-oriented society. Therefore, In the heart of the city, From the downtown which closes to the building, flouring strict, taking reverse method is extremely prominent. Promoting the use of inverse approach can shorten the construction period, ease the pressure of ground transportation, improve project safety, save project cost, prevent sinking in around the foundation. It has a high social, economic and environment benefits and is a very promising and promoting the value of deep foundation pit support technology.
