Research On The High-rise Public Building Entrance Distirbution Space

Public building is an ancient type of buildings, of which the high-rise ones havedeveloped greatly with the development of economy and technology. The entrance ofhigh-rise public buildings is the major factor of the city’s ground environment, thus theentrance distribution space affecting the quality of the street and that of its neighbourhoodadjacent directly.This paper mainly studies the influencing factors and constituent elements of theentrance distribution space of high-rise public buildings and reflects on the irrationality of theexisting ones. Through analyzing and summarizing the flat and vertical organizations of theentrances, this thesis trys to discover a new kind of public building entrance distribution spacethat can suffice in both nowadays and future. By reorganizing current data and existingprogrammes, plus analyzing human behavior and psychology, this paper illustrates theauthor’s comprehension of high-rise building entrance distribution space in the followingthree aspects: functional composition, influencing factors and space composition. In order tomake up for the theoretical vagueness in the article, it cites many classic, representative orsignificant distribution space examples from both domestic and overseas.Combined with human behavioral psychology and humanized points of view, this articleanalyzes the space formation and traffic organization of current distribution space; linked withcurrent developing trend, it summarizes the influences and verifications of high-rise publicbuilding entrance distribution space in order to consist to the development of the designmodel.
