Research On Design Of Sky Garden Of High-rise Public Buildings In Urban High-density Environment

The rapid rise of emerging economies since the 21st century has been accompanied by a contradiction between the accelerating pace of urbanization,the continued expansion of population and land resources,and the depletion of energy resources,a development that China and the vast majority of Asian cities with high population density face.To a certain extent,the compact urban development model can alleviate the problems of urban people,such as low land price and high traffic pressure,while the compact city model also brings the high volume ratio of urban central Area building,the building distribution is dense,the urban public green space area decreases,the urban heat island effect is serious and so on.How to create more comfortable and quality building space on the limited land in the city has become an important subject in architecture.Facing the phenomenon of urban high-density and the problems that come with it,the introduction of aerial courtyard in high-rise public buildings has become a common design strategy.It can not only effectively solve the high-rise building natural lighting and ventilation,but also provide people with high-quality leisure contacts of outdoor places,become an impressive urban architectural landscape.With the development and popularization of green building ecological building,the ecological value of aerial courtyard has been paid more and more attention.The paper firstly defines the sky garden of the high-rise building and comprehensive review of the research;combine and analyze the latest sky garden architecture works and summarize the relevant works and design concepts of representative offices;Next,analyzes the spatial value of urban high-rise air garden for urban public environment,main building and the user s requirements in order to clarify the design tendency and design focus;Based on the above analysis and thinking,with the spatial construction as the foothold,the research on the sky garden design is further refined into four levels:space generation,traffic organization,space creation and ecological design.Based on the research and a large number of case studies,the thesis combs the contemporary representative or the latest outstanding architectural cases,and integrates the shared space,ecological climatology and other related theories and previous research results.It is expected to provide some reference and reference for the design and research of high-rise public buildings with such space.
