Research for high-speed rail in China began in the eighties of the20th century. Since the Qinhuangdao-Shenyang high-speed railway start building from1999, with the continuous progress of science and technology and the depth research on high-speed rail technology, high-speed railway in China has entered a period of rapid development. With the large-scale construction of high-speed rail, efficiency and security requirements of the railway need to constantly improve. China’s railway needs a reliable, stable and high-performance train operation control system to provide the necessary guarantees for the safe operation of the current and future high-speed trains. China’s railway sector after years of testing and research, develop a standard of train operation control system suitable for China’s national conditions-CTCS.Interface server as the data processing and interaction center, charged with important responsibilities to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the CTCS3simulation test platform. Not only as a data interactive interface, but also to achieve the interface preservation of the run-time data stream, provide data to support the analysis and evaluation of the experimental results.Interface Server of CTCS3Simulation Testing Platform based on the Windows environment design with the Visual Studio2008programming tool. The paper begins with an overview of the architecture and outline design of the entire platform. Secondly, the detailed design of the interface information server is introduced, including the implementation of communication protocols, data module, communication module and display module,. Finally, summarizes the major software development technology used in the design process.
