Integrated Electrical Engineering Project Manangement Of Railway Line From Shuozhou To Zhungeer

Modern engineering project is a complex,open and dynamic system, so the problems we should consider is its large scale, multi participators, high technical requirements, many interferential factors and the difficulties in plan implementation. The three goals of integrated electrical engineering project management are to keep short construction period, good quality and low investment. This paper takes the management process of Railway line from Shuozhou to Zhungeer electrical project as the main line, with the corresponding project management methods, such as the theory of constraints, total quality management theory, the key line, Gantt chart and so on, to analyze its project schedule, quality, safety, cost and other aspects in turn, and then, put forward to some answer measures. The paper establishes organizational structure, quality and safety assurance system, at the same time, provide reference and basis for similar projects, using a single code network path and Gantt chart to find the critical path.The full text is divided into5parts, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly elaborates the background, significance, sources, innovation contents and objectives of the main research. Meanwhile, there is the research status and the main theory, mainly introduce the project schedule management, the related research of evolution process in quality management, and the related methodology, such as the theory of constraints, total quality management theory, the key line, Gantt chart and so on. The second chapter is the project management profiles of Railway line from Shuozhou to Zhungeer, detailed analysis of the project general situation, main engineering quantity and the characteristic of the project. The third, fourth, fifth chapter is the integrated electrical engineering project management of Railway line from Shuozhou to Zhungeer, elaborates the project schedule management, quality management, cost management and other aspects in detail, analyze that to find out the reasonable plan, critical path and making the Gantt chart. We analyze the project from the quality and safety aspects, to establish the quality assurance system. So we can manage the project effectively, and gives some actual and operable measures to guarantee the project move smoothly.
