Construction project human resource management is an important part of construction project management.This study takes the human resource management in the construction project of railway special line as the research object,and makes a comprehensive and in-depth study on the application of human resource management in the construction project.There is a huge gap between China’s construction project management level and industrialized countries.Due to the low quality of the construction team project personnel,the staffing work is more complex,and due to the particularity of the project,it is impossible to use the model because of the particularity of human resource management,because each type has its applicability and limitations.However,the development of project management theory and project human resource management is fast in the global scope.Although our research in this field is few,it is also inspired by the international development.First of all,the existing national hauman resource management system of railway special line enables the management department to analyze the allocation and work evaluation methods through specific theoretical basis,such as construction management organization At present,there is a lack of scientific and systematic planning among organizational structure,lack of communication among basic project personnel,imperfect daily performance appraisal system of employees,imperfect construction of relevant incentive mechanism for employees,unsuitable recruitment of talents for,project development,imperfect training of reserve personnel for project personnel,lack of attention to sustainable development of employees and human resources The source distribution lacks scientific management system management,the specialized distribution is not strong,and there are many problems.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures for the above problems to help the future operation of related industries...
