Coal production in Western Inner Mongolia is increasing year by year, which increasingly developed into China’s coal supply core, thus the coal in Western Inner Mongolia multiple transport difficult phenomenons become more prominent. China in the "Twelfth Five-Year" period will vigorously develop the western coal transport corridors and strengthen the contact among Western Inner Mongolia with the eastern coast as well as China’s central and southern regions.Either before the formation of the Coal Transportation Corridor is completed or road network fulfilled, both of them need the strong support of transport organization. In this paper, under the determined conditions by the fixed facilities and mobile facilities, it studies improving coal transportation efficiency in Western Inner Mongolian which achieved by optimizing the transport organization.Firstly, it analysis the overview of coal production and transportation in Western Inner Mongolia Western Inner Mongolia, and propose that the optimization of coal multiple transport direction can be start from integrated transport and logistics.The distribution of integrated transport flow is able to optimize Western Inner Mongolia transport channel capacity overall from the level of the entire transportation system, give full play to the role in support of road transport and ease the pressure of inadequate rail capacity.
