Study On Wind Power Heating System In Western Inner Mongolia

At present,wind power is developing in China.With the support of national policy,wind power in Western Mongolia has been developed rapidly.But sometimes wind power must be abandoned with the developing of power wind project.It leads to the waste of a large number of wind energy resources.The wind power abandon problem in Western Mongolia was analyzed based on the characteristics of local power grid and region.Based on the large demand of heat in Western Mongolia in winter,heating house with the help of the abandoned wind power was proposed and the project was detailed analyzed.Finally the feasibility and implement condition was analyzed from the point of coal saving benefit and economic benefit analysis.Heavy wind power abandon in Western Mongolia was studied and the present wind power consumption problem was analyzed.Then foreign successful experiences to solve the problem was studied.Stake in China was analyzed The development status of wind power in Western Mongolia,Inner Mongolia and even the whole country was analyzed,the characteristics of the wind power in Western Mongolia was summarized and the cause of heavy wind power abandon was explained.The basic principle of wind power generation was introduced.The wind energy development potential is analyzed based on this and result show that it is tremendous.The the affirmation of the importance of governance to solve the wind abandon problem is reached.On the basis of central heating and electric heating boiler,the basic principle of wind power heating is introduced.Finally,a concrete wind power heating project is put forward for Western Mongolia,heating and power system reform scheme are given and thus the feasibility of implementing wind power heating is affirmed.Finally,the result of thermodynamics and economics analysis of wind power heating give the feasible wind power heating conditions of thermodynamics and economics.Economically speaking,wind power heating system is not feasible for heating company.In order to develop win power,wind power plant,heating company and net state must be united.Only then can we truly achieve a win-win situation in wind power heating.
