Railway is the main transportation in our country for a long time. With the rapid development of social economy, it requires rail can provide a more adequate transport capacity to meet the needs of the development of national economy.Therefore, to improve the efficiency of the train operation and train operation automatic degree is very necessary. At the same time, with the density increasing of train operation and the train running speed continuously improve, the way of manned train is hard to meet the requirements. Under this background, it is critical to develop efficient intelligent ATO system that can improve the efficiency of rail transportation operation and optimize the performance of train in the aspect of comfort, energy saving,parking accuracy and so on.This paper proposes a train driving algorithm based on extenics about high speed train.And it uses this algorithm to simulation research.First of all,this article analyzes the ATO algorithm domestic and overseas. Then, the paper analyzes the operation principle, structure and function of the ATO system, and studies the structure of CTCS-3which has the function of ATO.On this basis, this paper puts forward a kind of the ATO algorithm based on extenics,and it has carried on the detailed analysis to the algorithm design.The main contents include:(1) Analyze the feasibility of extension used to the ATO algorithm.(2) Design the structure of the ATO algorithm based on extenics, mainly includes the extension decision module, the module of control rules and prediction module, etc.(3) Establish the matter-element analysis model of train operation process and determine evaluation index of the ATO system.(4) According to the driving experience, train driving strategy was analyzed, and based on the principles of the driving strategy and manipulation to generate control rules.It provides the basis for extension decision.(5) Using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process method with Euclidean Distance method to determine index weight, so as to solve the contradictory problem between indicators.(6) Establish the correlation function of performance index, and use the correlation to quantify the index.(7) Comprehensive control rules and the forecast results to choose control strategy in real time with the superiority evaluation method.Finally, this paper designed the ATO simulation software based on the Visual C++6.0as development platform.Through analyzing the running results of the simulation software, it shows that based on extenics autopilot mode operation is better than manned.And it verified the correctness and superiority of this algorithm.
