The brake energy is greater in emergency brake of high-speed train. It makes temperature raise of the brake system, sometimes makes the brake disk out of work. So it is meaningful to research the temperature distribution and its influence parameter.The work built the brake disk and brake pad sample in ABAQUS, then use the coupled temp-displacement step, analyzed the temperature distribution with different condition. The result indicated:(1) The temperature of brake disk and brake pad rise with rotation rate, the shades of the temperature distribution convert from band to point. Because of the rise of rotation rate, the shock degree between frictional pair increase which makes high temperature region caused by partly contact. Under single cylinder condition, in circular direction the highest temperature appeared in the friction region which correspondent with brake pad; in radius direction the temperature decreased as augmentation of distance to the highest temperature point; in depth direction the temperature decreased as deep, after 3~6 mm to the surface, the temperature don't change greatly.(2) The temperature distribution of brake disk correlates with friction radius of brake pad. Average temperature of brake disk increase and the distance of highest temperature point and the center of brake disk enlarge with the augmentation of friction radius.(3) The temperature distribution of brake disk doesn't change when altered the height of pad and the figure of the brake pad.(4) The rotational speed, friction radius, height of brake pad and the geometry influence the temperature distribution of brake pad. As the rise of rotational speed, augmentation of friction radius, lower the height of brake pad, the temperature of brake pad increase. Furthermore the placement mode of triangle brake pad influences the temperature of brake pad.(5) The simulate result of the real brake disk indicates, the appearance time of highest temperature of brake disk later than the time of the highest rotational speed. The highest temperature of brake pad present to the maximum position of friction radius.
