Distributed power installation location and size selection and the maximum power pointtracking control technology in the photovoltaic grid are serious problems.This paper studies the power system network architecture planning, take the short circuitcurrent target and the voltage stability as the references, has established the comprehensivemulti-objective function. Meanwhile in the study cell membrane as well as the particle swarmoptimization algorithm advantages and disadvantages, on the basis of a typical of the particleswarm algorithms, combines the advantages of two algorithms have been improved particleswarm optimization algorithm, the application of the improved algorithm for optimization.According to the optimization results to select position and size, so that in the power systemplanning structure to achieve better results. The new optimization method is applied toIEEE-12bus test system and IEEE-30node test system, theoretically the new optimizationmethod conducted in-depth verification.This paper presents implementation of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm asS function. The calculation method is used to improve the function of the fuzzy logiccontroller (FLC), to make it work at the maximum power point. The proposed method wasverified using simulation in MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that the optimized FLCgives a better performance compared to traditional method on maximum power point tracking(MPPT). The method is applied to photovoltaic grid, so that the grid system to stabilize.
