Manufacturing Processes Research On Composite Concrete Bed Material

The main content of this study is the process of composite concrete applied in themachine bed. The test block of the bed is composed of the epoxy resin concrete as the surfaceand silicate concrete as the core, which are made by pouring twice for composite forming inthe characteristics of cost-effective. The results are obtained by the test of performance for theblock and the comparison to physical performance of the resin concrete bed.First of all, on the basis of going through a large number of domestic and foreignconcrete materials technology literature, the silicate concrete material were analyzed and thestringent requirements in raw materials selection had been taken. After the research on silicateconcrete mix design and techniques, the mixture rate of silicate concrete which was suitablefor the manufacturing of composite concrete bed was offered and the process of silicateconcrete test specimen had been standardized.In addition, the epoxy resin concrete material was analyzed which based on the physicalproperties of resin concrete machine bed. Reference the epoxy resin concrete mix designmethod and manufacturing process theory which had existed, the mixture rate of epoxy resinconcrete which was suitable for the manufacturing of composite concrete bed was offered andthe process of epoxy resin concrete test specimen had been standardized.Thirdly, based on the previous polymer interfacial adhesion theory, the silicate concretespecimen with epoxy resin composite concrete together research, analyzed the mechanism ofcomposite concrete interface，and put forward the "two casting, composite forming" moldingprocess and implement made more ideal composite specimens.Finally,the performance of the composite concrete specimens were tested,and test datawere analyzed and compared, and found that basically meet the demands of the bed materialof the composite concrete.
