Railway transport plays a vital role in the nationale-conomy, railway rolling stock asthemain tool for railway transport, plays a role of carrying passengers and cargo, is thekeylink of railway transport.For rolling stock design, only checking the static strength andstiffness in the past,without taking into consideration the dynamic characteristics of rollingstock.In recent years, with the overall speed of the train, the dynamic quality is gettingworse,How to ensure the stability,safety and comfort of running for locomotives as theurgentneed to address the problem.The running quality of Locomotive depends to elasticdamping device of locomotive in large extent, and as a high-round suspension and secondarysuspension springs and rubber heaps become the main object of the study. Some scholarsalready do some study on the dynamic characteristic analysis of locomotive, but modalanalysis as a key method involves little locomotive dynamic analysis, But most independentanalysis of car body or bogies, not considered complete locomotive vibration systems. Therunning quality of locomotive depends to elastic damping device of locomotive in large extent,therefore this article starting with flex-coil spring and rubber stack as the primary suspensionand secondary suspension of locomotive,Study on mechanical parameters of locomotivesecondary suspension and secondary suspension stiffness on vibration system of locomotiveeffect of natural vibration characteristics.(1) This article starting with elastic suspension of locomotives, using ABAQUS softwareto study the mechanical characteristics of flex-coil spring and rubber stack; And comparedwith the theoretical calculations,The calculation method which considering contact problemsin ABAQUS environment can be more comprehensive and accurate to get mechanicalcharacteristics more accurate and comprehensive for flex-coil spring; when the spring isloaded, a great normal stress is existed in the cross section of the spring, especially, it can notbe neglected when the locomotive go through curves; The normal stress is reduced effectivelyby the rubber supported on the spring ends; The results show a more complex stressdistribution of the flex-coil spring compared with the method of traditional mechanicscalculation. On the other hand, the method of traditional mechanics calculation can onlycalculate the stiffness and shear stress of the spring under axial loading.(2) To simplify the structure of rolling stock, established the main steel structure by beamfinite element model, Calculate intrinsic mode of body, bogies, the vehicle of empty andservicing, Analysis the Free vibration characteristics of locomotive and the effect ofadditional mass on the vibration characteristics of the device; Analysis found that thefrequency of the first order vertical bending is12.019HZ, greater than10HZ, meet the highspeed train vehicle requirements for vertical vibration frequency of first-order, Stiffness design of car-body structure and secondary suspension; additional weights reduces thenatural frequency of carbody structure.(3) Calculate intrinsic mode of the whole vehicle which in different elastic suspensionstiffness, Analysis the effect of vibration characteristics with the stiffness of primarysuspension and secondary suspension in locomotive; Comparison of a large number of resultshas provided reference for selection of elastic suspension in locomotive.
