With the development of PC technology, CFD technology has became more and more mature. It is efficient and low cost to use CFD technology to solve the problems rlatede fluild. So engineers use CFD technology to solve air-conditon.According to the fluid character inside the carriage, the flow model which is three-dimensional viscous, incompressible and steady is built. By the secondary development of CFD software-FLUENT, the non-single train air-condition numerical simulation platform includes three-dimensional design,fluid numerical simulation analysis and multi-projects comparison,based on the technology of PC.The platform not only takes place of the train simulative,but also built the non-single train air-condition numerical simulation system by the computer program, which is directed by software theory and based on the object oriented programming design method and efficient parametric modeling and multiple software collaboration. It not only decrease the difficult use to improve the CFD technology but also save the researchers from the complex modeling process to be involved in the design and the result so as to greatly improve the optimization efficiency. The data comparison between experiment and simulation ensures the accuracy of simulation results which expands the function of FLUENT, using XYplot function provided by FLUENT and the secondary development on FLUNT and EXCEL by the use of advanced program language-VB. Moreover, based on the development of the link between CFD software and the data software and The International Union of Railway Standard, the result is analysised and showed in visualization. It not only change the boring data into visual graphics but also demonstrate the result based on the standard. The platform develop two models-CRH7and CRH3and achive these goals:auto do numerical situmulation ot temperature and velocity field in the carriage, auto get the results and analsys the air-conditon.The platform has friendly, convinent, efficient interface. It hide the GAMBIT and FLUENT order profit--JOU profit which is difficult to understand, complex and hard to grasp. reducing the technology ability of the engineers, achieving the numerical simulation automaticly. It is easy to use and is convinent for the engineers to compare the multiple projects to choose the best one, so as to guide designing.The aim of the work in the session is to make a bridge between the numerical simulation and engineers. It save engineers from heavy work and be involved in the prcess of choosing the better project and analyzing results, which improving the desing efficiency a lot. The platform research is a widely good example for product exploitation of other industries.
