| The paper based on the theory of parameterized design, combine the the present escalator and moving sidewalk's production condition of Jiangnan Express Elevator Co.,Ltd.,according to the problems that exist in current production pattern, improves on its existing pattern. In view of characteristics in different parts of escalator and moving sidewalk, it establishes the intellectualized design system's basic structure.The paper carries on the secondary development to pro/e mainly through modules of Family Table and Pro/Toolkit, using the ADO database visit technology realizes VC++ and SQL Server seamless connection through establishing the SQLServer database and datasheet. And using the parameterized platform which developed by Pro/Toolkit and VC++6.0, operates the model information as well as revises the project database dynamcally,the paper synthesizes technologies such as parameterized design,modeling based on characters and software integration and so on. Encapsulates characters, knowledge, experience and rules which condensed in products. according to the model producted by Pro/E, the statistical module searches each model corresponding properties from the database directly,gathering, produces BOM of products, outputs design parameters of products, supports and realizes fast and intellectualized design.The author constructs the KBE system aim at the type of JET-L moving sidewalk's metal truss which made by Jiangnan Express Elevator Co.,Ltd.,introduces the division principle of the whole moving sideway system and finally realizes the modularization to its structure, through multianalysis to the sidewalk's structure and the driving plan's establishment, completes the construction of the foundational model of the sidewalk metal truss, and carries on foundation of arrays,division of groups to it based on specifically conditions. Establishes the input parameters and driving variables of the truss;Through constructing the parts' mathematical mode, realizes the mathematical description of the driving variables, and solidifies it into the system's script, realizes the model driving finally. |
