Such as Intel chip project have putforward to the logistics supporting functions requirements when it settled in. The processingpower of Dalian airport’s existing aviation logistics system can’t meet the requirements,therefore, planning to build a new offshore airport in Jinzhou Bay and the related AirportLogistics Park.For the normal logistics park, good traffic conditions is the important guarantee of givefull play it’s goods distribution function, for the Airport Logistics Park is especially so, theaccessibility and smoothness of transport system are more demanding. Therefore, at thebeginning of the planning and construction of logistics parks, we must first carry out thetransportation planning of the Logistics Park, deal with traffic system itself and trafficconvergence relations between inside and outside of the park, to join in the existing localtransport network. However, certain transport facilities and transport network is stillinsufficient to form a functional transport passageway, and must be complemented withconvenient, fast and safety traffic organization plan. Whether the transportation planning of alogistics park is scientific and reasonable or not, to a certain extent determines the overalllogistics park planning is success or failure, so traffic planning is an important part of thegeneral logistics park planning.In view of this, this paper first introduces the concept of the Airport Logistics Park, thecauses and development process; pointed out the characteristics of the airport logistics parkand the function it should have, and expounded the concepts and principles about thetransportation planning of the Airport Logistics Park. And then predicts the traffic demand ofDalian new airport logistics park, including the amount of air logistics, passenger traffic oflogistics parks, and analyzing the traffic distribution and assignment of traffic volume; At thesame time, planning the internal and external transport of new airport logistics park in Dalian,including road design and traffic organization plan, and analyzes the specific planningprogram.
