| In March 2005,the Shenzhen Airport Air Logistics Park "cargo transfer station for customs clearance" put into operation,which marked the Shenzhen Airport Air Logistics Park has been established. Shenzhen Airport Logistics Park is one of the earliest and the best aviation logistics parks in China.As the business development,the facilities and equipments of Shenzhen airport can not meet the social and market needs. The seriously laggard infrastructure construction becomes the bottleneck of Shenzhen airport business development. While the projects of second runway and T3 has been approved and started construction,the aviation logistics park also needs to be re-planned.According to the requirements of modern logistics development and practical operations,using the related theories and basic principles,this paper has studied the planning of Shenzhen Airport Air Logistics Park according to the planning and construction of Shenzhen Airport second runway and T3,which focuses on the strategic development,facilities layout,functional areas,information systems, logistics park development & management and etc.Under the "Shenzhen Airport and the 11th Five-Year Plan and long-term Development Program",from the viewpoint of airport industry economy upgrades the competitiveness of Shenzhen in the Pearl River Delta region,this paper has searched deeply about the planning of Shenzhen Airport Air Logistics park and proposed air logistics park is conducive to promoting the development of logistics industry; in accordance with the theory and advanced experience abroad,this paper put forward measures to perfect Shenzhen Airport Logistics Park Planning and construction.The research in the plans and further improvement of Shenzhen Airport Logistics Park makes a certain practical meaning and brings some reference value for other air logistics parks. |
