| With the rapid economic development,air cargo has ushered in a broad space for development.As an important node of air cargo,airport logistics parks are becoming increasing important in providing complete logistics operations,improving efficiency and competitiveness.However,the planning of our country’s airport logistics park is not mature enough,and its theoretical foundation is weak.Therefore,there is a certain degree of blindness and arbitrariness in its construction,leading to misplaced park scale positioning,unreasonable layout,and low operational efficiency.Dalian has a relatively good economic foundation in northeast China,with certain advantages in airspace resources and aviation coverage.After the new airport is approved in 2011,the bottleneck of infrastructure resources will be further broken.The scientific construction and use of the new airport logistics park is of great importance to the air cargo and even regional economic development of Dalian.The main research ideas are clarified by systematically combing the relevant theories of the airport logistics park.Dig the functions and characteristics of the airport logistics park,and give the plan of dividing the functional areas according to the characteristics of Dalian air cargo.Based on the development status of Dalian airport logistics and the method of grey prediction,the air cargo forecast is given,and the demand of functional area is calculated.Systematic layout planning is used to analyze the relationship between logistics and non-logistics,and the initial layout scheme is given.Then a mathematical model was established to solve the problem with genetic algorithm,and the iterative optimization scheme of genetic algorithm was obtained.The results were compared qualitatively and quantitatively with the initial scheme,and the effectiveness of the optimization of genetic algorithm was verified.Finally,suggestions are given on how to improve and develop the construction and operation of Dalian New Airport Logistics Park. |
