This thesis respectively introduces the current situation and future development in a simple way about the Naval Gun Weapon System (NGWS), C3I and the NGWS Test Command and Control System (TC2S), expatiates on the necessity of developing a TC2S and analyzes the requirements on functions of it, classifies all kinds of information referred to test, and introduces the interface types of NGWS and TC2S.How to efficiently acquire and process the various kinds of information is the core of TC2S study and design. This thesis mainly studies the information processing methods of target, warship and NGWS dynamic accuracy. We mainly study the algorithms of Kalman filter and multi-sensor data fusion based on pixel-level in target information processing, and verify the correctness and validity of the data fusion algorithm using actual test data. The basic principle of Gauss projection and the projection error evaluation method are introduced in warship information processing. According to the requirements of TC2S,we induce the implementation algorithm of pixel chart navigation. In NGWS dynamic accuracy information processing, this thesis presents a dynamic accuracy evaluation method which is applicable for TC2S implementation, analyzes and compares the interpolation accuracy with instance.According to the requirements of some sort of NGWS test, this thesis designs and implements a TC2S.The testing result shows that this system has satisfied the test requirements of data acquisition, information processing, system running states surveillance and security control.
