This paper puts forward scientific planting of the wheat,which is reasonable choice of wheat seeds, fertilizer and manure in soil of right amount and water-saving irrigation in the field. In the part of reasonable selection of wheat seeds, it puts forward the seeds selection standards that is the high production per level, good quality of grain and the strong ability of the anti-disaste. In the part of soil fertilization with righ quanity timely, it puts forward fertilizing in different periods so as to meet the needs. In the part of the water-saving irrigation in the field of, it puts forward the field of water-saving irrigation according to the demand of moisture crop metabolism law, which contains to make full use of precipitation and to use irrigation water efficiently.Fertilizing management with right quanity timely, it puts forward the basic application and the top application in the soil. Fertilizer application management consists of organic fertilizer and fertilizer application of right amount management. On the basis of the former analysis, this paper finds out that to meet crop growth we must apply to the application of organic fertilizers and fertilizer requirements with reasonable amount, pointing out that without reasonable fertilization (especially fertilizer) it will lead to the waste of resources and the environment pollutionWater-saving irrigation management in the field contains to make full use of precipitation and to the use of irrigation water efficiently. Making full use of precipitation consists of the precipitation collected use and soil water regulation, so as to store the moisture through the soil as much as possible and to control water evaporation quantity to the minimum. In the part of efficient use of irrigation water management, this paper puts forward water transit saving, ground water improvement and the methods of water saving irrigation and so on.
