Lycium barbarum L is a important valuable Chinese herbal medicines,perennial deciduous shrub, drought, salinity, high temperature resistance, barren, because of its long growing season, volume growth, demand for mineral elements.production is now mostly a lot of use of chemical fertilizers to maintain production of Lycium. Traditional manure to make up for the defects of single chemical fertilizer to a certain extent, there is still a fertilizer low and unstable. Chemical fertilizers, especially excessive nitrogen fertilizer, can easily lead to the decline in product quality, environmental pollution and other issues. As people increasingly attach importance to environmental protection and eco-consciousness a gradual increase, according to the principles of biological nitrogen fixation and beneficial microbes to improve the fertility status, microbial fertilizer fertilizer is becoming one of the important fertilizer for modern agriculture and forestry production, and will in the future play a major role in the production of agroforestry.This ’Ning Qi No.1’ as test materials, the relationship of microbial fertilizer the wolfberry physiological characteristics, disease and soil microbial, by exploring the effect of microbial fertilizer on the wolfberry, wolfberry cultivation of microbial fertilizer in Jingtaion the application to provide a theoretical basis. Five treatments on the basis of trials in conventional fertilization (a high N level), CK (conventional fertilization8ml water), treatment (conventional fertilizer per plant facilities microbial fertilizer root fungus Po8ml), processing (conventional fertilizer per plantimplementation of microbial fertilizer organic treasure8ml), treatment (conventional fertilizer per plant facilities microbial fertilizer fertility Wang8ml), processing (conventional fertilizer per plant facilities of microbial fertilizer seedlings brand-cropping EB8ml).1. Microbial fertilizer increased obviously the resistance of the Chinese wolfberry. Leaf soluble protein and amino acid proline content of significant or very significant than the control. The handling leaves the soluble protein content than the contrast respectively increased by3.7%,4.8%,6.6%and6.0%, the content of proline, respectively was7.3%higher than the contrast,13.1%,19.2%and18.5%, and malondialdehyde (MDA) content than the contrast reduce respectively5.2%,22.3%,43.2%,30.7%, and peroxidase (POD) activity than CK respectively increased by4.39%,20.84%,31.45%and30.94%.2. Microbial fertilizer could decrease the rot of Chinese wolfberry fruit, black spot disease,(cercospora sogina and mildew spot disease) and the incidence of virus disease, etc.3. Application of microorganism fertilizer can improve the content of soil organic matter and the soil enzyme activity, increased the number of microorganisms and soil physical and chemical properties improved dramatically, and improve soil fertility levels. Such as August20every treatment than CK organic matter content were increased by3.97%,11.1%,14.3%,8.73%, on September25of soil treatment1hydrogen peroxide enzyme, urease and invertase activity than CK high respectively6.93%,21.71%and24.45%, has a significant effect on soil microorganism quantity.According to the country, especially microbial fertilizer in agriculture research and application of microbial fertilizers applied research will greatly improve forest production development, in particular, the practical application of forest practice, to explore the effect of microbial fertilizers on the wolfberry,microbial fertilizer application in Jingtai wolfberry cultivation to provide a theoretical basis.
