The area of our dried fruits planting is large, Agricultural products face the fierce competition in the market, not only should we have high quality varieties, scientific farming, more should have a scientific way of picking. The mechanical way of picking dried fruit is the important link in large-scale and commercial of producing agricultural production, the quality of products that picked directly affect the subsequent processing, storage, sales and market competitiveness.In area of picking forestry nuts, the gather process mainly depends on manpower,especially in some mountainous and hilly region in China, the efficiency is low and time-consuming. In the semi-automatic machine mainly depend on manipulator also have faults of slow process, high repeatedly operation rate and high fruit destruction.Based on gather process of forestry nuts,here mainly for walnuts, combining current situation for robot manipulator at home and abroad,consulting Practical of nuts harves and other research literatures, in the process of gather nuts back, submit our own unique idea, to improve the mechanism and design a kind of fruit picking assignments of agriculture machinery and equipment-the hydraulic machinery picking arm.The main work of this thesis includes:Based on the performance index of picking arm,designed the hydraulic picking arm and did the mechanics and spatial calculation;Designed the picking arm modeling for dried fruits with high-grade three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E(full for Pro/Engineer);Using ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems) to establish virtual prototyping model and do kinematic simulation. the results verify the rationality of this mechanism and provide the basis for trial-manufacture of physical prototyping and betterment design.
