Developing minitype sugarcane harvester has great meaning to accelerate mechanization application in sugarcane harvester and enhance our country's competition in world. This thesis is the base of National Natural Science Foundation------the key technology study of sugarcane harvester aptitude design system based onknowledge, and its goal is offer design knowledge and experience information by set up 3-D Proe model and run the kinematics and dynamics simulation basing on virtual prototyping technology and collaborative simulation. This thesis includes hereinafter work:First: analysis internal and external sugarcane harvester research and applicationlevel ,Base on our country's landform and physiognomy, summarize external machine don't adapt our condition and internal machine have some disadvantage. Design the small scale sugarcane harvester for our country's hill area. Besides using virtual prototyping technology by computer as the research tool, create 3D model, and use virtual simulation get the design project result for give a guide to the physical machine.Second : By pedrail chassis small scale machine's design method , design and compute pedrail chassis main parameter base on small scale sugarcane harvester demand . And base on these parameter , choose the pedrail chassis system and create model . Through the model to compute the gravity and the lean degree of the machine.Third : At the ADAMS model ,using the macro to create relation and force to solve the large number of these relation. Setting the real state of the machine to run and simulate , for example on good ground , lean ground , bad ground , over the holdback.
