In order to solve the problems of sugar content and fruit quality decreased, in this paper, we intends to use the nutrition elements to improve the fruit quality and nutrient conditions of trees. Large studies showed that potassium and boron elements could improve the fruit quality and nutrient conditions of trees. Thus, the twenty years old Yali Pear trees and nine years old Hangguan Pear trees were used as the experiment material. In this paper, it mianly analyzed on the effect of the different potassium and boron elements to increase the sugar content of Yali pear during the growing season and the Huangguan pear in the mature period. It also studied on the influnces of tree nutrition and to improve the quality of fruit. The main research results are as follows:1. The mixed fertilization treatments could significantly improve the fruit quality of Yali pear in the mature period. The total sugar content and soluble solids increased 6.36% and 7.80% respectively after BK2 fertilization treating. The glucose content increased double, in the meanwhile, the reduce sugar content increased 4.78% after KB1 fertilization treating. The sucrose content increased 53.10% after K3 fertilization treating. The titratable acid decreased 8.42% after KB3 fertilization treating, thus, the sugar acid ratio increased 12.67%. At the same time, the mixed fertilization treatments could also promote the absorption of N, K and Fe in leaves.2. The effects on fertilizer treatments alone of improving fruit quality were better than the mixed fertilization treatments. Among them, the total sugar content, sucrose content and vitamine C content increased 12.59%, 58.73% and 43.16% respectively after K3 fertilization treating. The fructose content and the reduce sugar content increased 10.57% and 13.89% respectively after K1 fertilization treating. The weight of single fruit increased 11.68 % after B3 fertilization treating. The titratable acid increased 29.24%, and then, the change of sugar acid ratio had not achieved significantly level. In addition, it still could promote the absorption of Ca, Mg, Zn, B and Fe. Among them, the Fe and Zn contents increased highly significant by 53.75% and 19.66%, and the B contents increased 13.76%, and the Ca and Mg contents were not significantly increased by 10.17% and 12.74% respectively. Besides, the chlorophyll content could significantly increase by 5.63%. However, due to the low concentration of boron could improve the weight of leaves, it should be proper to supply the boron as fertilization for long term.3. The potassium element could improve sugar content and the quality of the fruit, and the boron can improve nutrient conditions of trees, which played an important role on increasing the fruit yield. Both of two elements could improve the quality of pear in the different extent. But if using the mix fertilization for long-term, it can improve the fruit quality and increase economic benefits.
