DH breeding refers to the use of the Double Haploid to breeding inbred linesand currently haploid is usually produced by inducing of induce lines. Using the DHlines can greatly shorten the years of breeding inbred lines. In this study, we producehaploid by crossing several foreign hybrids and The third high inducing line of Jilin.After nursery in room to three-leaf stage, we use for different agents and differentprocessing time and concentration of agents to treat the roots of haploid seedling. Weinvestigate the fertility restoration of tassel and seed setting rate of ears at theflowering stage and harvest respectively.The result shows that the seedling survival rate of haploid treated for6hoursis higher than treated for10hours at the same concentration. It can be inferred thatseedling be treated the longer time, the more injury it will get and the seedlingsurvival rate will be lower. The average of survival rate of seedling treated withpronomide is81.37%, the highest, and the rates of seedling treated with AMP andcolchicine are both at approximately70%. The average of survival rate of seedlingtreated with oryzalin is the lowest. So it indicates that pronomide hurts the seedlingthe least and oryzalin hurts the seedling the most.The tassel shedding rate of haploid treated with pronomide is generally higher.Haploid treated with pronomide for6hours at10um/L gets the highest tasselshedding rate37.50%and haploid treated with pronomide for10hours at5um/L gets35.85%which is a little lower. The average of tassel shedding rate of haploid treatedwith pronomide is the highest and they are lower when treated with AMP andcolchicine. The lowest average of tassel shedding rate of haploid is got when treatedwith oryzalin.The highest seed setting rate of haploid is11.32%and it is got when haploidtreated with colchicine for10hours at15mg/mL. Haploid treated with pronomide gotthe highest seed setting rate9.09%. The highest average seed setting rate of haploid is got when treated with colchicine, it is lower when treated with pronomide.According to the seedling survival rate, tassel shedding rate and seed settingrate, haploid treated with colchicine for10hours at15mg/mL is the best and haploidtreated with pronomide for6hours at10um/L is relatively good too.
