Nowadays,The rice transplanting of wide-narrow row spacing have been unable to realizemechanization.The leader professor,who has been teaching in our college for many years,leadhis research team and developed the wide-narrow row planting mechanism,which is used inhigh-speed transplanter,and did a successful experiment in field in may,2010.But the walkingtype transplanter,which is in wide-narrow row spacing,has never been showed up.In order to fillin the blank and extend the mechanisation transplanting in wide-narrow row,this thesis aims atthe walking type transplanter’s requirements,which is in wide-narrow row spacing,and puts thetwo levels of crisscross shaft helical gear planets in the wide-narrow row transpalnter,anddevelops a new transplanter,which is the two levels of crisscross shaft helical gear planetarywide-narrow row spacing transplanter.This thesis’s research methods and research process are asfollows:1)Through analysing the working characteristics of the separate seeding after rotarytransplanter,and combining with the special requirements of the wide-narrow row spacingplanting,and aims at the walking type transplanter,this transplanter uses the two levels ofcrisscross shaft helical gear planets as it’s driving part,and could realize the wide-narrow rowspacing transplanting.2)Design the project of this two levels of crisscross shaft helical gear planetarywide-narrow row spacing transplanter,and introduce characteristics and working principle of thiswide-narrow row spacing transplanter.3)Analyse the kinematic characteristics of this transplanter,and these contain the centerdistance of the two levels of crisscross shaft helical gear planets,transmission ratio,angulardisplacement,angular velocity and the relation between spiral angle and planetary shaft angle,andgain the kinematics model of this transplanter,and acquire the displacement equation of theseeding tip point of this transplanter at last.4)Using Matlab’s programming technology analyse the parameters of this transplanter,andbasing on Matlab7.1developed the auxiliary analysis and optimization software of thistransplanter,and gain a set of parameters,which is good and could meet the wide-narrow rowspacing’s requirements,through the man-machine dialogue.5)The structures of the transplanter’s parts are designed according to the parameters,whichare optimized,and the Gear tooth profile of the Middle Gear is gained through using mixtechnology of Matlab and VB.NET,and the parameter’s design of Middle Gear is realizedthrough drawing.At last,the contour line of the cam is designed through reverse table-rotating. 6)The three-dimansional solid models of the transplanter’s parts are set up by UG,and thevirtual prototyping model of the transplanter is built in UG,and then the virtual prototypingmodel is imported into ADAMS.Analyse the kinematics simulation in ADAMS,and require thetrack of the needle tip of the transplanter.Contrast the differences between the result ofkinematics simulation and the result of theory model,and analyse if the transplanter can meet thework requirement or not.7)The parts of the transplanter are processed according to their drawings,and then putthese parts together.Do the experiment of the transplanter in the bedstand,which is designed forthe transplanter.Test the kinematic characteristics of the transplanter,and compare the differencesbetween the result of the testing and the result of theory model.The thesis develops the two levels of crisscross shaft helical gear planetary wide-narrowrow spacing transplanter,this transplanter is made up of driving parts and plant arm parts.Iacquire a set of parameters,which can meet the requirement of wide-narrow row spacingplanting,through parameters analying,and finish the parts designing of the transplanter.Thetheory model is proved to be right through the virtual prototyping model experiment and solidmodel experiment.
