At present, researches for the rice transplanter mechanism has quite mature at home andabroad, but they are only stay in equal row of the rice transplanter. In recent years,according toour country at the rice growing differences and after years of research and experiment,a newtype of transplanting mode was presented by agricultural experts of china,which is namedwide-narrow row, which can prevent rice disease, increase production and protect rice quality.According to the transplanting Mechanism with Eccentric Gears which Tooth gap could bechanged with period movement. It could be caused larger vibration when in high speed. In thispaper, a new transplanting mechanism with eccentric gears and eccentric-modified gear wasdesigned to eliminate the tooth lateral clearance of eccentric gears, then vibration reduced.Combined with the agricultural demands of wide-narrow row rice transplanting mode,especially, Walking-type rice transplanter with wide-narrow row have not appeared in thedomestic and foreign market at present. and a kind of wide-narrow row walking-typetransplanting mechanism with eccentric gears and eccentric-modified gear by inclining bevelgears has been successful developed; The concrete research methods and the results are shown asfollows:1) By the analysis of the working principle of creating dolphins form trajectory by existingtransplanting mechanisms, epicyclictrain with eccentric gears and eccentric-modified gear isused as transmission part to achieve nonuniform motion for the walking-type rice transplanter.2) Analysis of Kinematic characteristics of the transplanting mechanism are finished, whichinclude transmission characteristics of eccentric gears and eccentric-modified gear, and theworking principle and the structure characteristics of it. Then kinematic model is established.3) According to the kinematics model of the transplanting mechanism, its auxiliary analysisand optimization software which based o n VB6.0is developed. Structural parameters of thetransplanting mechanism are optimized, which meets the working requirement was obtainedthrough the method of human-computer conversation, then design of the structure of theorganization was completed.4) Aiming at the agricultural demands of wide-narrow row transplanting, and combiningwith the design of the transplanting mechanism, a kind of wide-narrow row walking-typetransplanting mechanism with inclining bevel gears was designed, including transplanting scheme for Wide-narrow row, structure design of the transmission system and kinematicsanalysis of the transplanting mechanism.5) Virtual prototype model of the wide-narrow row transplanting mechanism was built inUG, and then virtual prototype test was finished in ADAMS. Based on the theoretical results,kinematic simulation analysis are compared to test and verify the correctness of theoreticmodeling and whether the transplanting mechanism meets the agricultural demands ofwide-narrow row transplanting or not.6) The manufacture of the physical prototype, kinematics test and field trials ofWide-narrow row transplanting mechanism have done,then compared to the theoretical results,and some further improvement measures have been put forward.In this paper, wide-narrow row walking-type transplanting mechanism with inclining bevelgears is developed, which includes the transmission system(a pair of spur gears and three ofbevel gears, two of them are orthogonal meshing) and transplanting mechanism with twoeccentric gears and one eccentric-modified gear. The optimal parameters which meet theworking requirement of walking-type rice transplanter are as follows: e=4mm,m=2.25,z=17,a0=-95°,δ0=71°,0=13°, S=180mm,H=160m m.It realized the wide-narrow rowagricultural demands. The results of virtual prototype test, kinematics test and field trials arealmost equal to theoretical results. They are verified that the theoretical model is correct andpractical work is reliable. The field trials results were wide rows:403mm,narrow rows:197mm,it showed that the transplanting mechanism can meet the working requirements of wide-narrowrow walking-type rice transplanter. |
