This paper focuses on the Walking-Type transplanter both domestic and foreign financingenterprises at the present, its transmission mode of transplanting mechanism are still crank-rocker.As well as rotary transplanting mechanism optimization problems also exist in the process,combined with modern agronomic requirements, I propose a new type of rotary transplantingmechanism with deformed elliptical planet gears strain on the walking-type transplanter (patentnumber: CN101911879A). And applied the method of optimization guided by parameters’modification on high-speed transplanter to the transplanting mechanism on walking-typetransplanter (software copyright registration number:2013SR001202). Creating the objectivefunction and determining the rationality of objective.According to the agronomic requirements of wide-narrow row and taking the walking-typerice transplanter which name is “Nan Tong Fu Laiwei” as the object of study. Combining withmodern design method, making system analysis and design on the transplanting mechanism withinclined wide-narrow row. Exploring a way of modern design that is method innovation, modeloptimization, parameter optimization, virtual manufacturing and experimental, reliability analysisto design transplanting mechanism of walking-type transplanter. The research content is asfollows:1)Analyze the domestic and foreign research status and the significance of research on thesubject, and make deeply theoretical analysis to principle and transmission characteristics of thedeformable elliptical gears’ pitch curve. Combining with the working principle of rotarytransplanting mechanism of walking-type transplanter, make an analysis of the relative anglebetween the gears. Forming the theoretical system of angle about transplanting mechanismplanetary gears, provide theoretical basis for developing the kinematics’ optimization software.2)With the memory of method of optimization guided parameters’ modification, creating thekinematics objective function of transplanting mechanism on the basis of theory analysis, anddevelop the kinematics optimization software with Visual Basic programming language. Optimizeout parameters which meet requirements of transplanting mechanism of Walking-type transplanterin “fool type” operation with this software. And judge the rationality of parameters with thegraphics interface and output parameters regional in this software.3)According to the optimal parameters and combine with modern design methods, makespecific structural design with AutoCAD software for the transplanting mechanism with inclined wide-narrow row, solid modeling with Pro/E, virtual prototype testing with ADAMS/View,rigid-flexible coupling dynamic analysis of the key working component with ADAMS and ANSYS.Through the integrated design system, verify the reasonableness of the virtual prototype oftransplanting mechanism.4)According to the analysis and result of the study in this article, combined with the testingand physical problems also exist in the prototype debug, make corresponding improvementmeasures, improve the reliability of physical prototypes. Provide a solid theoretical foundation andpractical basis for achieving market as soon as possible.
