For intensive swine farms, the most important things is the health of swine herd. It well known that the control level of animal disease is directly related to the development of swine farm. Classical swine fever(CSF), Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) and Porcine pseudorabies(PR) are the main viral diseases which can cause serious damages to the intensive swine farms. When these virus infected swine can cause different clinical symptoms such as hyperpyrexia, reproductive disturbance and so on. Once the diseases have happen in the intensive swine farms, serious economic losses will come into being. To control animal diseases effectively, related vaccine has been utilized at the moment. The immune effect can be evaluated by the level of antibody. In order to value the vaccine immune effect against CSF, PRRS and PRV in an intensive swine farm, Hebei province, the study was conducted to detect the antibodies against CSF, PRRS and PR in different developmental stages of pigs by ELISA method. The results are as follow:1. The results of CSF antibody detection: the positive rate of immune antibody was 72%-100%, the total positive rate reached 86.34%. The boars positive rate reached 100%, suckling piglets was 91.67%, pregnant sows finishing piglets and weaning piglets were 87.49%?86.67%?85.71%, the lowest of positive rate was backup sows and the positive rate was 72.00%.2. The results of PRRS antibody detection: the total positive rate reached 86.95%. The boars antibody positive rate was 100%, the finishing piglets was 93.33%, pregnant sows was 87.51%, suckling piglets was 86.11%, weaning piglets was 82.62%, backup sows was 76.00% which was the lowest in the group.3. The results of PR antibody detection: the pigs immune antibody positive rate was 88.00%-100%, the average positive rate was 95.03%, boars weaning piglets and suckling piglets were 100%, pregnant sows was 92.51%, finishing sows was 86.67% and the backup sows was 88.00%.Antibody testing results show that CSF, PRRS and PR immune effect is well, these results were conforms to the standards prescribed by the state, but backup pigs antibody positive rate was low should be strengthened.
