Optimize tobacco leaf structure is an important measure and significant opportunity to accelerate the transformation of tobacco leaf development and help further promote tobacco production scale, quality, efficiency with coordinated development to achieve the total tobacco supply and demand,high-quality tobacco and high-quality tobacco area tobacco supply and demand for phase equilibrium. Upper leaves in our tobacco accounts for about40%of dry weight, but inconvenient to use even can not use in the cigarette formula. Improve the availability of upper leaves not only can alleviate the contradictions of the current tobacco hierarchical structure, but will help tar and less harmful work and the cigarette brand strategy to be carried out.In this study, study on effect of different time of removal of the foot leaves, parietal lobe and quantity on yield and quality and the main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco, field different harvest maturity on the yield and quality of upper leaves and yellowing of different temperature and humidity and time on the yield and quality of upper leaves was carried with the first baked of introduced cultivation variety Yunyan97in the core demonstration area that lies in the Sanming village,Yujiaao countryside,Ningxiang county as tobacco leaf materials, received the study results are as follows:1.When the tobacco plant reach maturity stage, the removal of the foot leaves time or do not pick mining processing of cured tobacco leaf have a greater impact on economic indicators, appearance quality, physical characteristics and leaf chemical components.Compared to the test processing CK which is not removal of the foot leaves and do not pick nor harvest, although removal of the foot leaves can lower part of leaf production, it can greatly improve the average price and the proportion of fine tobacco, thus the economic indicators are better. And make the appearance quality of baked tobacco better, physical properties more suitable, the internal chemical composition of tobacco more harmonious; and the removal of the end of the mature pre-foot leaf removal than the mid-foot leaves the effect is more prominent.2.the time and number of secondary removal of the parietal lobe in the tobacco plant nutrient allocation of adjustment, change the size of the tobacco leaf, single leaf weight, identity and other physical properties, the impact of tobacco, nicotine, sugar, chemical composition, metabolism, synthesis, accumulation, and content is very different. Comparative analysis of the test processing is known that handle D when removal two parietal lobe after10d,the composite score of appearance quality of the flue-cured tobacco are the highest.The leaf length, leaf width and other physical characteristics are the best and nicotine, sugar and other major chemical constituents are the most appropriate; The treatment C that remove one of the parietal lobe after10d take second place;The most undesirable treatment is G which remove one of the parietal lobe after30d.and treatment H which remove two parietal lobe after30d; followed by control of CK.3. Extending the harvest time appropriately has varying degrees of effect on the quality of upper leaves during its maturation time, mainly shows as follows: extending the harvest time of upper leaves, the outer quality of cured tobacco leaves showed increased first and then a downward trend, and the leaf maturity improved with full development, and organizational structure is looser, key indicators of physical, chemical composition, economic traits showed a change characteristics. To extend the harvest time, the quality of tobacco leaf appearance, physical characteristics and chemical composition are more coordinated, but over the extension of the coordination that they undermine the quality of tobacco leaves, which to extend the seven days of the M2to deal with tobacco indicators better coordination.4. To reduce the yellowing of temperature and humidity difference appropriately has a certain influence on the yield and quality of upper leaves. These effects mainly show as:yellowing of temperature and humidity difference between the upper leaves was set to1.5°C sample quality in appearance, the key physical properties of the chemical composition of the coordination is better than the other experimental group tobacco samples; yellowing of temperature and humidity difference of1.5°C tobacco samples better degree of leaf loose stem ratio, equilibrium moisture content rate worse than the other two sets of temperature and humidity of the tobacco samples, the total sugar content, higher content of reducing sugar, starch content and a lower nicotine content, sugar alkali also closer to the ideal value, the overall quality of development is in the right direction.5. Extending the yellowing of time has a significant effect on the yield and quality of upper leaves. Extend the structure of the6h tobacco leaf yellowing stage, identity, oil, color, color uniformity than the other two groups yellowing of time to deal with tobacco samples better stem ratio, equilibrium moisture content, leaf thickness, more moderate, with a total sugar content, reducing sugar content higher than two of sugar, sugar alkali than closer to the ideal value, the overall quality is significantly better than the other two groups which have been dealt with in the yellowing period.
