This paper is based on the theory of forest fire spread theory and optimization theory. By analysisand researched of the fire occurrence, development and put out the fire realistic process, abstractestablished unconstrained conditions of single ignition-single save point model, single ignition-Multi-depot model and constraint conditions of single ignition-single save point model, single ignition-Multi-depot model. The model above used the higher mathematics and optimization theory calculationmethods to solve. Through the establishment and solve of the above model, implemented the analysisand research on the forest fire emergency resource scheduling. Then, the theory and the reality of theabove model combined simulation data applied to Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province’s forest fire emergencyresource scheduling practices to achieve a combination of theory and reality. And application of themodel, the forest fire in the resource excessive use, waste of money problems greatly reduced. Realizedthe optimization of scheduling management. This article studies provided the theoretical and practicalreference for our country in carry out the forest fire emergency resource scheduling and simulationimplementation in future, and provided a theoretical and realistic support for China’s forest fireemergency dispatch.
