| Forest fire prevention is the safety guarantee of ecological civilization construction,involves the primary task of forest resources protection,and is an important content of national emergency management.It is related to the safety of human life and property and forest resources,the safety of the "life community of mountains,rivers,forests,fields and lakes",the land and ecological security,and the responsibility of forest fire prevention is heavier than Mount Tai.The next decade is not only the key to accelerating the construction of ecological civilization,but also an important strategic opportunity for forest fire prevention.Forest fire emergency resources are the key to put out forest fires.The purpose of studying forest fire emergency resources is to use the most scientific and effective methods to improve fire extinguishing efficiency and protect ecological security.Coupling refers to the interaction between two or more systems through their own and external effects.The coupling degree model has been widely used in the study of complex coupling mechanism between ecological environment,but there is no correlation study in forest fire.This paper collects the data of forest fire in Hunan Province from 2010 to 2020 and the data of forest fire emergency resources in Hunan Province at the present stage,including systematics,forest fire protection Under the theoretical guidance of management and Informatics,the coupling and optimization of forest fire emergency resources in Hunan Province are studied by using GIS technology,principal component analysis and range method.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)Using the statistical data of forest fire in Hunan Province from 2010 to 2020,this paper analyzes the distribution characteristics of forest fire in Hunan Province,draws the spatial distribution map of forest fire,studies its distribution law,and obtains the spatial distribution characteristics of forest fire in Hunan Province in recent ten years.The results show that its distribution is uneven and regional.(2)Through the statistics of forest fire emergency resource reserve data of 14 municipal units and 102 county-level units in Hunan Province,the spatial distribution map of forest fire emergency resources in Hunan Province is drawn,the distribution law is studied,and the spatial distribution characteristics of existing emergency resources in Hunan Province are obtained.The results show that their distribution is uneven,and the distribution of emergency resources and emergency personnel resources is unreasonable.(3)Use SPSS to standardize the data of forest fire emergency resources in Hunan Province,carry out principal component analysis,and calculate the weight of forest fire emergency equipment,emergency personnel and the number of forest fires at all levels in Hunan Province.Then use the range method to standardize the data,carry out principal component analysis,calculate the weight and establish the index system.(4)The coupling degree of forest fire emergency resources was studied by establishing the coupling model in systematic theory.The results showed that the coordination degree of coupling degree between forest fire emergency resources in various regions of Hunan Province and the frequency of forest fires in Hunan Province was not high.Hunan Province needed to increase financial investment in the construction of forest fire emergency resources according to the central policy,speed up the construction of emergency equipment and emergency personnel in areas with insufficient resources,and ensure that all regions could make the most perfect response in the shortest time when forest fires occurred,so as to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property. |
