| There is a high rate of the forest coverage in Guangzhou, climate is warm and humid, many cases of forest fire happened every year, caused a lot of economic loss and casualties, the forest fire defending is a systems engineering, it is not enough to rely on the fire extinguishing technology development and fire prevention experience, we need to organize and command the emergency supplies and personnel systematic, the entire process needs the cooperation of logistics organization and personnel, this cooperation is not close enough now, complete emergency logistics system for defending forest fire has not established.the logistics for forest fire emergency, relief in the forest fire refers to a kind of special logistics activities in which emergency resources are provided in order to pursue the least time and the least cost, the main purpose of constructing the emergency logistics system for defending forest fire is coordinating agencies and personnel and transporting the emergency supplies quality and quantity, fast and accurate to the emergency site in the least time, reducing the fire damage and casualties in the greatest degree, as far as possible to reduce the emergency cost at the same time.Ant colony algorithm was put forward in the1990's, it's a simulated evolutionary algorithm, it's essentially parallelism and has powerful global optimization ability, has a great advantages on combinatorial optimization problem. The main optimization problems of emergency logistics system for defending forest fire belong to the typical portfolio optimization problems, ant colony algorithm was applied to the optimization research of emergency logistics system for defending forest fire, and put forward the corresponding optimization model.Based on the theory of emergency logistics system and the development of forest fire defending technology at home and abroad, the main work is the following several aspects:(1) Explained the construction principles of emergency logistics system for defending forest fire, designed the main content of the system, structure, composition, the protection mechanism and the main functions, put forward a method of constructing the information system, almost completed the construction of emergency logistics system for defending forest fire; (2) Put forword optimization models based on the ant colony algorithm, in order to resolve the site selection optimization problem of emergency logistics service center, emergency supplies scheduling problem and route optimization problem.(3) Collected and processed the relevant data of forest fire in Guangzhou, these math models were applied to solve the real situation problem of emergency logistics of defending forest fire in Guangzhou with a satisfactory results in the end, experiments show that these method provided a feasible scheme for the operation of emergency logistics for defending forest fire in Guangzhou. |
