This thesis, taking28clone plants, which the site of this research sample lies in Hongwei forst farm, Lushuihe Foresty Bureau, Jilin Province. This thesis studied28clone plants choosed from Pinus Koraiensis seed orchard and30clonal plants fron natural population of Pinus Koraiensis by the means of cpSSR molecular marker methods.Genomic DNA, extracted from the embry of Pinus Koraiensis by the meams of traditional CTAB and the endosperm of Pinus Koraiensis by the method of improve CTAB was pure and higher probality. While with less impurities. The demands were met for DNA template when the cpSSR primers amplified. There would be26loci, using28clonal plants to amplity280offsprings of Pinus Koraiensis and300offsprings of30clonal plants from natural population of Pinus Koraiensis, Including11polymorphic loci. The number of polymorphic bands obtained from the primers ranged from one to three. While the primer69F/R had the most polymorphic loc5. while79987the least1. The average was1.375.The conclusions were drawn that multi-locus (tm) and single-locus(ts) outcrossing rate were0.588(SD=0.000) and0.479(SD=0.000), imbreeding index (tm-ts)=0.108(SD=0.000), the constant index (F=-0.063), according to the analysis of mating system of natural population of Pinus Koraiensis and artifical population. While according to artifical population estimation, multi-locus(tm) and single-locus(ts) were0.635(SD=0.000) and0.515(SD=0.000), respectively, imbreeding index (tm-ts)=0.120(SD=0.000), the constant index (F=-0.300)(SD=0.000). The results of the reseach showed that the imbreeding rate was close to zero, demnstrating no imbreeding recession among natural population and artificial population of Pinus Koraiensis. The constant index(F) was below zero, certifying the occurrence of no excessive heterozygote. Last but not the least, it was as expected that the outcrossing rate was higher in artificial population comparied with that of natural population.
