With the development of agricultural technology and food production sharply increased,the rest of the crop straw quantity is increasing. Because the straw is separated and it has the low energy density, so brings a lot of inconvenience about collection, storage, transportation and use. Biomass Briquetting is one of important technical ways about energy conversion. The particle size of the fuel by biomass Briquetting is uniform, and unit density and intensity increased, so it is much more easy to transport and storage, combustion performance improved obviously.First of all, thesis analyzes the application and development of biomass Briquetting domestic and foreign and the present situation about theory research, point out the shortage of briquetting technology.Secondly, this paper analyzes the principle of process about briquetting machines by mechanical stamping, compressed by mould and hydraumatic. Through comparison, consider that the hydraumatic briquetting machines is the better form, analyses its working process.Thirdly, material deformation of Straw in the briquetting process is big nonlinear deformation, including obvious elastic and plastic deformation process. Analysis and study mechanical rules of straw cold briquetting by elastic-plastic mechanics theory。Finally, simulate and do the research of problems in straw cold briquetting by the Ansys finite element analysis software.Summarizes the conclusion that effect about cone Angle and cone long in the straw briquetting:In the x-y plane, shear stress between straw briquetting fuel and briquetting cavity distributes along contact surface. The stress of entrance to the briquetting cavity is maximum when angle of cone is about40°. When angle of cone is more than30°, stress of entrance to the briquetting cavity keeps invariant. The stress of exit to the briquetting cavity is maximum when angle of cone is about30°.When the angle of cone changes from4°to8°, the strain of straw in the cavity uniformity emerges uniformity. The stress of entrance to the briquetting cavity is maximum when length of cone is about100mm.The stress of exit to the cavity is maximum when length of cone is about100mm.The stress of exit to the briquetting cavity is maximum when the length of cone changes from20mm to60mm.It provides important theoretical reference about design of straw cold briquetting machine.
