The peanut is the international competitiveness of China’s extremely high-quality oil crops and animportant foreign exchange earning of agricultural products occupy an important position in China’sagricultural planting structure.Peanut sheller is edible and oil with the necessary processing operations,peanut mechanized shelling can greatly reduce the labor intensity and production costs,improveproduction efficiency, but still a lack of shelling equipment for seeds.In this study,in view of technicalproblems which highing broken injury rate,lowing shelling rate and the poor adaptability of peanutsheller in market existing,with seeds breaking rate, injury rate and shelling rate for machine maincontrol index,research on improving the quality of peanut sheller and optimization of the shellingprocess.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analysis the pressure of peanut of shelling to determine the device parameters.First determinedin detail dimensions and other physical properties of Si-Lihong,Bai-Sha,Lu-Hua11and Hai-Hua fromShandong institute of peanuts,and the results were descriptive statistical analysis.On acomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine,conducting experiments on mechanicalproperties test of Bai-Sha and Si-Lihong.The results showed that:the species, pressure position,loadingrate,moisture content of peanut,sulfuric acid pretreatment affects both the peanut broken shellforce,shelling equipment parameter selection must take into account the above factors.(2)Through a lot of market research and information retrieval,filtering out the widely used on themarket drum-fixed concave structure and friction-disc two types of four peanut shelling equipment,shelling processing test by more than one peanut varieties,and to optimize the key shelling parts,build apeanut sheller test bed of blowing and rubbing.(3)Carry out the correlation test between the key structural parameters, motion parameters,processparameters and the master indicator in the test stand.Test materials to Bai-Sha of large size beforeshelling,grading, removal of small fruit and dust.Orthogonal test to determine the primary andsecondary factors that affect its shelling indicators and their significance level,and the main factorsaffecting the curve fitting regression analysis modeling.The test results show that the main andsecondary factors influencing the quality of the sheller in order as: radial distance between roller andscreen>space between grid bar of concave screen>peanuts moisture content>play board of drum linearvelocity(rotation speed),based on feeding speed(productivity)for610kg/h, the drum form is threeshelling play board,concave screen is grid screen,adjusting play board of drum linearvelocity4.18m/s(rotation speed380r/min),space between grid bar of concave screen for9.8mm,radialdistance between roller and screen adjustment to30mm,peanuts moisture content is11.87%,the optimalshelling indexes is that:seeds breaking rate was2.64%,the seeds damage rate was2.33%,the machineryshelling rate is95.84%.(4)In accordance with the results of the study to optimize the design of the shelling drum whichkey components of the peanut sheller,drum the shelling playing board with rotating bracket fixedwelding.rotating bracket opened long holes are fixed by bolts with the perforated disc on both ends of the axis,so that sheet form can be changed,and the radial distance between roller and screen withspacing convenient adjustable.This study to determine the the main factors impacts shelling performance of blowing and rubbingpeanut shelling equipment,optimize and design the key shelling parts of equipment based on testresults,while improving the device master index,the species adaptability to peanut sheller.Provideeffective technical support for the development of advanced and applicable peanut shelling machines.
