The industrial seedling technology, developed in the1970s, an effective increase of income seedling have been widely used at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the current development of precision seeder in plug seedlings at home and abroad. The level of development of China’s container nursery precision seeding equipment and supporting facilities and technology are lagging behind.The main factors restricting the development of precision seeding technology in China are: large upfront investment, resulting in the planter market downturn; the seeding qualified low, equipment utilization is low, resulting in a high cost of seeding,and so on. The main reasons are poor plug precision seeding theory, the weak links of related facilities and technology, and poor combination with the production process. To carry out precision seeding theory research is urgent and necessary, especially for vibration and air suction seeding principle.This article studies the key technologies for vibration and air suction seeding principle. The main factors to affect precision seeding performance have been studied by theoretical analysis, experimental test and data analysis, computer simulation analysis methods. Including, suction dynamics theory, the distribution of the flow field, the force and law of motion seeds of in the flow field, the thickness and spatial distribution of seeds, the theory of vibration of the vibration system of the seed tray, the "boiling" vibration law of seeds, The relationship between various factors and suction performance, the instructive conclusions and reference, the design guidelines for precision planter design have been obtained.This article, in combination with the technological characteristics of the forest container seedlings and tree seed characteristics, analyzes the design process of vibration and air suction needle-plate trees plug recision seeding. To verify the applicability of the seeding theory, to improve the deficiencies in the design, and find the best operating parameters of the seeder, the article also designed a post-test and analysis methods. I hope through physical experiments and data analysis to get some reference for the value conclusion.
