In the cultivation of fruit trees, the apple tree is the most widely cultivated fruit trees, however, the old fruit tree is still the main force of apple production, to accelerate the speed of old orchard,expand the planting area of fruit trees has proposed urgent requirements for the mechanization of seedling raising.There are a lot of raising method,this paper are mainly on grafting propagation in seedling cultivation to design a precision seeder.There are many kinds of rootstock,in northern China we mostly use Begonia seeds.Although sowing mechanization is in very high level,and there are many seeded for small seeds,but these don’t do well on fruit tree seedling seedling seeds.The use of small seed sowing machine in seeding planting is not ideal, which will lead to low germination rate, seedling emergence inconsistent problem.The purpose of this paper is for North China District homework design.Fruit production belong to labor intensive, highly technical industry,and the contradiction between labor and rural labor shortage is more prominent. China’s current production of fruit trees and seedling cultivation work is mainly completed by manual labor, the mechanization level is low, which requires the manufacturer to pay heavy manual labor, increase the cost of production. The main work of this thesis is completed including:By doing research on Begonia seed,we get three dimensional 、 physical characteristics,get seed length and width, thickness and angle of natural repose angle, gravity and other physical properties, provide the basis for future meteringdevice, guide for the selection and design of pipe;On the reference of the design Requirements for small seed sowing machine, making the design scheme of seedling precision seeding machine based on special physical characteristics of begonia seed, including seeding monomer, profiling mechanism, sowing device and so on;Creating 3D feature models of precision seeding machine with AIP software, by modeling, assemblying, and interference inspecting on the whole machine, we determine the structure form of machine sowing machine, dimensions of all parts, and assembly way;And use embedded simulation of AIP to simulate the important components of seeder seeding to carry on the movement simulation, seeding monomer in the motion curve of land surfaces, testing its seeding stability;Test the designed precision planter,study the operating quality and effect of the planter.The fruit tree seedling precision seeding machine is easy to use, it has reliable connection, a good effect; four parallel rod profiling mechanism and a profile combination, gently rolling on the ground when copying good effect, sowing depth and spacing consistency; equipment installation of soil auger, the preparation before the operation requirements is not high, greatly save manpower, shorten the time of sowing, provide a guarantee for the improvement of fruit tree seedlings mechanization.
